The best treatment for secondary hyperhidrosis is to treat the underlying cause, which will normally reduce the excessive sweating, if that is not possible then anti wrinkles injections can be used to improve the excessive sweating.

After receiving a hyperhidrosis treatment it is recommended that clients refrain from exercising and taking hot baths or showers for the remainder of the day.
